General Maintenance Technician

We are seeking individuals with hands-on experience in general maintenance and light repair work for residential and commercial service assignments. This position is ideal for someone comfortable handling a variety of basic service tasks while maintaining professionalism inside client spaces.

Typical assignments may include minor repairs, fixture installation, furniture assembly, touch-up work, basic adjustments, equipment setup, and other general maintenance-related tasks depending on client needs.

To qualify for this position, applicants should have:

• Working knowledge of basic hand tools and common power tools

• Ability to complete minor repair tasks safely and efficiently

• Experience with household or light commercial maintenance preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify simple repair solutions

• Ability to work independently without constant supervision

• Reliable transportation for travel to service locations

• Professional communication and respectful customer interaction

• Ability to arrive on time and complete work within scheduled service windows
