Pressure Washing Technician

We are seeking dependable individuals with hands-on experience in exterior cleaning and pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties. This position is ideal for someone comfortable working outdoors, operating pressure washing equipment, and delivering clean, visible results while maintaining professionalism at client locations.

Typical assignments may include exterior surface cleaning, driveway and sidewalk washing, patio and deck cleaning, fence and wall treatment, entryway restoration, and other pressure washing-related tasks depending on client needs.

To qualify for this position, applicants should have:

• Experience operating pressure washing equipment preferred

• Ability to handle exterior cleaning tasks safely and efficiently

• Understanding of proper surface treatment and pressure control

• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, even results

• Ability to work independently without constant supervision

• Reliable transportation for travel to service locations

• Professional communication and respectful customer interaction

• Ability to arrive on time and complete work within scheduled service windows
